I’m sorry. I’ve been neglecting you.
This fall is really stressing me out. Since we last talked, I’ve taken what feels like a gazillion tests, performed 47 billion quizzes, and participated in several million group projects/ club events.
Luckily, I’ve also been doing some fun things. Mostly, I’ve been eating out. So, I thought I’d make you all a list of my recently discovered cheap food options. If you all are anywhere as busy as I am, you might want some inexpensive and easy ways to get dinner. I’ll be organizing my list by day.
Monday: $1 slice night at Mellow Mushroom. On Mondays, my favorite deal is $1 cheese slices and $1 Miller Lites/ Yuengling at Mellow Mushroom. If you want toppings on your pizza, it’s $0.75 each.
Also on Mondays, visit CiCi’s Pizza and you can get half-off the buffet with your student ID.
Tuesday: Double punch night at Which Wich. Which Wich is already pretty inexpensive ($5 for most sandwiches), but Tuesday is an even better deal. Eat there and you’ll get a double punch on Tuesdays (I’m not sure about lunch, but it works at dinner). Ten punches on a card equal a free sandwich.
Wednesday: Half off sushi at Stir Fry Café. Sushi may be my favorite Wednesday night deal, but you can also get half off burgers at One 12 Downtown in Johnson City.
Thursday: Half off wings at One 12 Downtown. I’m in love with this deal. In my personal opinion, One 12 has the best wings in the Tri-Cities. You can get the eight-wing basket with two sauces for half off on Thursdays. My favorites are the jalapeño and the honey bbq.
If wings aren’t your thing, bring your student ID to iHOP and get half off your food with purchase of a drink.
Got any other great food deals? Let me know by leaving a comment here or e-mailing me at thegotogal@hotmail.com.
And sorry again for neglecting all of you! I’m going to try and do better the rest of this semester.
