Here’s my question of the day: How do pizza restaurants stand out in a crowd of pizza restaurants, particularly in an area where I’ve heard some folks claim there’s a pizza parlor, drug store, bank, cash advance store or church on “every corner” in Johnson City? When I first heard about the forthcoming arrival of Main Street Pizza Company, it wasn’t in the context of a new pizza pub arriving (as if that would ever be shocking). Instead, it was that Russo’s was closing … and, by the way, a pizza place is moving in very soon.
