Church Hill has a variety of family amenities

Area residents had been calling it Church Hill since the 1840s, but the area 10 minutes southwest of Kingsport on Highway 11-W didn’t become a town until 1958. Named for the First United Methodist Church, the church on the hill overlooking the downtown area, Church Hill is Hawkins County’s largest municipality with a population of more than 5,900.

Hutchinson Sealing Systems is Church Hill’s largest employer with 620 workers. This international manufacturer of automotive rubber sealants has been in Church Hill since 1989.. More...
